Our Products

Our Food Hub sells a variety of farm products from our own farms and other farms. We partner with farmers throughout West Virginia and the coalfields to bring together the best of what the region has to offer. We also assist farmers in planning their production, meeting grading and packaging standards, processing chickens, improving their food safety practices, and more.

Check out our vegetables, fruits, microgreens, meat, poultry, locally canned and jarred items, farm fresh eggs and much more!

Refresh Appalachia is currently Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) certified on one of its farms, and working towards certifying all of our farms. We ask all our partner farms to be trained in GAP and to use our Food Safety Checklist to improve their on-farm food safety practices. We prioritize sourcing from farms that use sustainable farming practices, including organic or biological pest control, natural fertilizers and cover crops.
